    I just bought this 3-pack and I can say they are wayy over-spec. I have a rayfoss 50mw green laser and it is very uncomfortable to look at without eye protection. I have them all running with Energizer rechargeable 1.2V NiMH batteries. So they'd probably be even brighter with Alkaline 1.5V...
