It didn't take long for it to charge the battery. It takes about 10 Minutes to Charge the battery until the Charger Light turns Green. Is it normally suppose to take this long to charge?

I charged the Cell until the Recharger had a Green Light. It might be that I have a bad battery. Is there to be a certain amount of time to charge the cell? :)
