My comment simply stated my current knowledge. When I purchased my previous handhelds, that was done back in 2010. As stated in that post/thread, these laws and regulations were updated in 2011. I came here looking for help, not criticism.

He was asking 150... which I think would be a decent price had it of been an actual 1000mW laser.. And yeah I've seen those before, how ever I don't have access to one... But on the label, it says <1000mW... is there any significance to that?

I have someone thats local selling an apparent, '1000mW' green laser... Is there any way to tell if its an actual 1000mW laser from these pictures? If it's not, any idea what it looks to be? :thinking:
