Do you think that you need a new crystal set? I I want to see this DIY 589, it could be very well be one of the best DIY laser if done right.

Did you try changing the driver yet and see if it lases yellow through the crystals?

Thanks! I have to say that this is the brightest laser and most powerful one I own. I have to be careful and use it when everybody has goggles on!

Bumping for rhd, I want to see this next unique creation! Can you put IR diode through the crystal set and rise the current until it is stable at 50mw on your LPM, or am I wrong and this is not worth trying?

If you do get this laser you by paying the extra 500$ you should tell them to give you a extended warranty of some sort. Just so you don't worry about having your laser break after all the problems CNI is currently giving you. I hope you get this issue resolved!! Best Regards :)

So is the power higher with the 3-Element Glass Lens? I have no idea if I am going to do this but if the power does increase or slightly decreases I will most likely do it.

So does mine, it kind of has the placebo effect. Even if it is shipped I still have the mentality that it isn't.

I have also been using packagetrackr. I have been using that site ever since I bought my first product from china. It shows up when I do it

Mine also still says processing, but the tracking # she gave me shows that it is will depart from hong kong in the next few days.

My status still says processing and I never received my tracking # either EDIT: LPKath gave me my tracking number. Another example of excellent customer support! Thank you LPKath!
