    Yes, I will start small. I don't know what parts i would need to make a laser pointer though? Or what parts are compatible with eachother too. Thanks

    Laser noob here and I am thinking of ordering seperate parts and whatnot to build my own laser --- it'd be cheaper + want higher wattage than the 1w legal limit over here. Don't know what parts I even need besides a diode. So, it would be great if you guys could help me.
