ok ;) Sure, for alignment it may help, but it seems that guy has fixed all parts and he aligned it by sticking the galvo block over that aluminium segment, before the glue (or whatever he's used) got dry.

So i guess for an only color laser system, I wouldn't need this extra mirror, right?

It's really nice. We're trying to put a 30k scanner with some laser pointer. How much did you paid for your laser? We're planning long distance proyections (up to 200m) and we're considering some way to reduce beam divergence, maybe you can help me ;) Thanks.
