Re: I've got it bad, working on another host. Yup, 445nm A140. I think I will LPM this diode at the 1838mA and then take it back down, it is easy enough to change out the resistor :). Thank you for your input.

I machine all my own hosts. I have many 2A switches here, but they are only momentary. Maybe I was using the wrong keyword to search the forum :whistle:

Tried to search it, but did not do much good. I guess I will be asking for opinions. What type of "clicky" switch seems to be best suited for a higher current build, say 1.8A? Also, where would be the best place to get them? Regards, Chad

What is the ID of the host , is it possible to press a piece of copper tubing in there? a 14500 will fit inside of 1/2 copper pipe. You could solder a wire to that for a good ground. Chad
