updating, New laser recieved. It doesnt work. At all. After another mail, she explained me that I needed to unscrew the + contact at the bottom of the tailcap .. now it works.

The laser has been shipped back, now I believe its another 3 week wait till I can open the package, I'll update then with the contents :P

They are still on the laser buying guide for beginers, and in the "good" list of shops. Here : http://laserpointerforums.com/f45/guide-buying-your-first-green-laser-30608.html I'll update again once I have the laser back, i've been very polite and understanding on the emails with their support...

Update : I've sent a mail to the supprt about the laser, they replied that they had it and it was on engeneering process, and they planned to send it back the next week along with a mail and the tracking code. 1 month after I've sent another mail, and they told me the laser was just shipped...

Yea I wonder who is to blame, Me for not paying the laser price on postal charges or rayfoss who sent me a shit laser in the first place.

So please, delete rayfoss out of the list of decent shops in the beginner guide, they are thieves :/

Update : I had to send the laser back to china, I paid 15€ for the shipping out of the 50 the laser costed me ... It should have arrived a week ago, and the rayfoss customer support say they don't have it, So now I need to find a way to track the package, no idea if I can do that btw. I will...

Same here, plus when I donate I don't really want to show off like "Hey I pay for your forum, i'm the boss" Actually I dont understand why you can see the donator list, this should be annonymous and secondly, people already said its not working, u can appear as donator even if you didnt...

update : She asked me to send it back, the shipping cost is on me. This shop looks a bit crappy, it should be removed from the "first laser for beginners guide"

Nope, I've read a thread where a guy killed his laser by doing so, and in her mail Faona clearly said + on tailcap.
