    Paypal problem with a merchant

Didn't want to open a new thread.. But I'd like to ask what happens to the losing end in a dispute? Paypal takes back the money and that's all or there is a sanction? What happens if the dispute is not legit for any reason? I'm asking because I lost some money to a broker and I got nothing to...

    UV flashlight

Looks a bit overkill for me, but how much? :D

What can I do till I get glasses

Will I be able to see a faint dot of the laser or nothing at all with the googles? I saw some youtube videos and it seems to be blocking it completely. All red safety goggles work like that or some are better than others?

    UV flashlight

I intentionally bought something low powered. But it's still dangerous as a direct eye hit I suppose.

    UV flashlight

That's why the guys on CSI look at the light through some kind of (orange?) glass?

    UV flashlight

A rayfoss 20mW violet (405nm) pen is on the way and I'm guessing if it can be converted to defocused flashlight kinda thingy for UV purposes (money testing and fooling around without the hazards of a focused laser). I'm not tech savvy so I was thinking about some easy, temporary solutions. Or...

What can I do till I get glasses

How powerful is the beam of a 100mw ~4km far? Is that still dangerous to the eye (on the receiving end). Could I try with a mate if the beam is visible? (I can see the dot that far.)

What can I do till I get glasses

I'd add license plates to the group of street signs as well. I tested them with my 1mW red a few years ago.

Idea for a "real" Light Saber, can this be done?

Well there is a device that can create solid touching air by ultra sound? Does that make sense? That could keep the fog in an invisible container maintained by high frequency sound waves. This needs confirmation:)

How do you guys handle money online? (while under 18)

Paypal asks for everything:D But they don't need confirmation. They just use very cleveer forms to minimise fake stuff. If I were to sign up for a US account I'd need to add my tel number but they'll know if I'm using the right area code for that zipcode, crazy..

    Paypal problem with a merchant

Thanks, done. I might be impatient but it's not about waiting on shipping, I'm fine with that, this is about something else.

    Paypal problem with a merchant

Well the dispute didn't get their attention for a week now. WTF? Claim time or should I wait a bit more? I placed and paid the order on March 16, I got one single email on March 18, since then I wrote 4 emails incl. the dispute's first mail.. It's $120, it has some value to me lol..

What can I do till I get glasses

I made them put an IR filter in it then the actual output measure was 90mW.

What can I do till I get glasses

Faona replied, admitted it's their fault. Will send them for free. But then I want to purchase a violet 20mW from them too, let something else be in the package not just the goggles :D Okay I'll use it only outside then till I get the goggles.

What can I do till I get glasses

    I'm from Hungary, EU.

What can I do till I get glasses

    Just what I thought. 100 yards? ' = yard?

What can I do till I get glasses

My rayfoss 100mW green has arrived today but they forgot to add the glasses. I tried it inside but didn't really look at the dot or not for long, only in pheripheral vision on a nonwhite nonreflective surface. I brought it out to direct sunshine and tried the focusing ring on a sunlit wood...
