and yes batteries are protected, If they are bad then why the laser works fines sometimes? Wouldn't it be blinking all the time?

its more like fast blinking, when i turn the laser on the beam gets dimer and start to blink fast. ( it looks like it jumps from high beam to low beam, (laser beam is still present when it is blinking)

It was working fine with those batteries. and i dont think that my connections are lose, What are the other options> that alse might cause those problems. and no i dont have volt metter ( i need to get one asap)

even when batteries are fully charged or not fully charged it still flashes

could it bee that batteries are outputing too much volts>? or bad diod?
