Both sides of the spread beam seem brighter in the videos Obviously they carnt do damage to your eyes or they wouldnt be able to use them right?

They must not harm tho or not do enough damage to notice because im sure if people was going home blind something would be done about it

There lasers must be well over 5mw If its illegal how do they get away with it ?
