It is a PHR-803T which I believe comes from the 360 HD DVD drive

The module and lens are included with the host and I was going to buy the battery separately. I just thought it looked like a good cheap kit to start out with. The host is the same one you used in this 1W build so I thought you might have more knowledge on how easy the host was to put together.

Using the parts from StoneTek Electronics, would this be a good starter build?
