I just finished this mod myself, and despite being slightly focusable... (could be because i am still working on removing all the gunk they used to hold the old lens in place.) It is the same effect as when i just pressed the lens from a green ebay laser over the lens that comes in the blue laser.

well, in my exploits my board... well the soldering seems to have broken lose lol i had to wedge a peice of plastic in it to hold it in place for it to work... i'm ordering another one to replace and try to mod it without messing it up. and i found the axis website just fine... but i can't seem...

i just started doing this to the one i bought... where did you find the lens? i've been looking everywhere but can't find one... (purchasing one) (i am also very new when it comes to these sorts of things... just starting to dabble into modding the ones i've got.)

Well, when i first got it (i don't have the equipment to test this) my laser was around 30-50 mW... (going off what people have said to expect from a 405nm) so, trying to figure out if i could make it stronger... well i pot modded the thing, it's only 9$ so why not? i never could get it as low...
