Besides hitting a boat.. How about the reflection as it hits the water surface itself? Is it going to be safe?

I brought my 2w laser to a vacation to the beach, can I safely point it towards the sea? If so, is it safe to look at the beam? It seems cool to see the beam defract, that if it is safe to see that at all.. Also, how about during rainy night? Would the water droplets made it dangerous?

I bought this 1.6W beast from DTR long time ago my main problem is if you look at this if this laser is ON, i cant exactly dial the lense w/o exposing my finger to the beam. What i have been doing is switching it off -> adjust the dial -> turn it on again. Its very annoying ... if anyone...

how about the dispersion? since i noticed that they dispersed differently, does that mean that in the resounding area we will notice smth like a rainbow-ish ring? so which ratio is the correct one =)

let say we focus Red,green,445 laser to the same spot, are we going to expect a white dot? and if it does, anyone has an idea about the ratio of the wattage of each of the laser to create the white dot due to the varying human's color perception?

exactly =(.. when i first bought it i just grab the nastiest one ..

i just bought the OEM laser safety goggles with OD of around 8 or so for 445nm.. i think it does a little too good of a job that i can barely see anything even with my 1.6W from DTR.. my problem is, with the laser being near invisible, i cant exactly see the beauty of it and hard to tell...
