Free Red Lasers For Your Project

They might be worth fixing. I got some of them, most were between 25-27mW!! Only one was under 10mW.

405nm triggers the transition on my glasses, any other wavelengths do this?

Very cool! I just tried it on my old glasses, They've now been added to my laser box! My 10mW 405 does it, but my 25mW 650 doesn't. I assume they work on UV light.

    Question about LaserBee HLPM-II (Meter)

"The HLPM uses 655nm Laser Diode Module as the reference wavelength. Using the spectral sensitivity characteristic conversion table below of the most common wavelengths, rough readings can be taken from 405nm to 1000nm." Wavelength (nm) Correction Factor 405 x 23.3 (typo? 2.33?) 473 x 2.06 488...

    Question about LaserBee HLPM-II (Meter)

I'm new to high powered lasers, and I just got a cheap LaserBee meter. How accurate is this meter normally? Everything seems to be reading very high! I first tested my 7 year old green pointer, after the conversion it reads as 11mW output (possible). I then tested my WL 100mW green. The...
