I don't know if they include a power graph with their lasers but I know what I paid for. I heard that Dragon Lasers were good quality and that their resale wasn't too bad. You can clearly see that it is a Viper. I understand the wanting output verification. I will verify the output.

That's understandable especially if you're selling one at The Laser Forum. I do not have a laser power meter nor do I intend to buy one anytime soon. I will try to verify its output somehow. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
