Arduino 'analog' out is TTL PWM, the 'mega' version has literally a buttload of I/O options. They make good RGB controllers as well. Sparkfun is a good place for arduino goodies. Here's something I built with it recently: YouTube - goonulator pro, early work. Gonna use it as a controller (6 axis) for an RGB laser galvo setup once I get the beam combiner sorted out.
