Well, I remeasured the beam, at the aperture, and since it is so bright, I used a CD to help block out the rays, and the beams looks closer to ~3mm, but like I said since it's so bright, it's hard to tell it's exact size...

4mm will work too. but yeah, about 1/8 in, maybe a tiny bit smaller. :D

Ok, here's an update... I found an old red laser that didn't work anymore, so i took the lens out of it, then i used that lens to focus the 200mW laser. Now it smokes black electrical tape, burns holes in styrofoam, smokes matches (I never let it go real long to see if it lights) makes tiny...
