have you thought about a small CPU water cooling system? lm338 is a variable voltage(or current) regulator, up to 5 amps! I use my lm338 to power everything :)

lithium polymer for RC. I have built a quadrocopter that carries a camera, draws 1,000 watts off of a couple of pounds of lipos... 70A of current in a hover at 14.4volts. A small 2200mah lipo supports 20C-25C draw rate, or 44amps.... Im not sure how these bars are connected, series or parallel?
