Hmm I find at home some capacitors... I have: 16V 47mf; 10mf; 22mf; 10V 100mf and 6.3V 22mf! :D can I use one of these? and in this schematic is no potentiometer? there dont need potentiometer yes? ok otrher parts I will need to buy! Thanks!

but if I want to run it with 90mA? which values I need to change for? I dont need a burnable laser... :) I want to make a lasser with beam which I can see... and If I will run it with 90mA it will be safer? and for eyes too? or not?
