i received the replacement approximately two weeks ago...definitely this unit is more powerful... it is 200mw now? i don't have a LPM so, who knows?

I looked at the mail tracking they gived to me and it appears "Destination - United States of America", and I'm from Spain.... Damn, this nightmare hasn't ended yet...they sended my laser to another person...how much i will have to wait again to see faona on msn answering me? omg

now it seems like the problem will be solved, but they could answer the emails, and it would "smell good" from the beggining...

faona answered me on msn, she said that they fixed it and now its 205mw, and can burn a light black head match within 3-4 secons and a light red head match within 5-7 seconds. they will send it tomorrow.

I don't think so...only new customers are getting response. customers who wants to return a laser are not getting response. It's clear what is happening here....

i think, if you buy a 200mw laser, it should be ready to use and tested. Why do customer have to buy another battery? why do customer have to fix contacts? why do customer have to buy another charger? why it can't simply work at stated? i'm very dissapointed with this seller

no,of course no. she replied me with some solutions (like charging batteries) and a address to return the laser (she said i could return the laser) but that was the last email. then i wrote her more emails, and she doesn't answer anymore... Edit: great! according to the spanish postal...

too late. i returned it by the way, i sent her the laser and faona doesn't reply ANY of my emails... i think i was screwed by rayfoss

the matches i tried are not old. i bought new matches at supermarket just for check the laser power. and i tried a cd case. of course, it can't do anything but only smoke it a little at smallest point of focus. i will send it to them on monday

thanks. so, i would better buy a laser from deal extreme instead of rayfoss next time, as i will get the same output power....

I fully charged the battery. it's an 18650 3,7V battery. I marked the match with black and... it only smokes when focuse it..if i don't mark it with black, it won't even smoke, even focused. and of course, i am using anti-green glasses

even focusing it, it can't burn a brown match. is this underpowered? i added faona on msn, but she doesn't connect, and she doesn't reply my emails anymore
