Yeh, it stops charging at 4.15V. After the the led indicator turn green, I check the battery, it's 4.15V. Then I leave the battery in charger 2 more hours, It's still 4.15V. (I tested both protected and unprotected batteries) I think my WF-139 is newer version, the voltage when don't charge...

My ultrafire WF-139 auto cut-off at 4.15V. I think it's a new version of WF-139.

When you use 1 ohm resistor, you will get 1250mA. You got 500mA because alkaline battery can't provide over 500mA. Try 3x lithium batteries in series (18650 or CR123A will be ok).

I try some switch on DX(DealExtreme: $4.30 16mm 101F Gold Plated Clicky Switch for Flashlights (10-Pack)). But their quality are poor, their resistance are 0.2-0.5ohm. Can anyone sell or suggest me some good clicky switch ?? Thanks !!

I canceled the Aixiz glass lens, and you refunded the lens cost. My order has just 1x diode installed in Aixiz module housing + insurance shipping.
