Dude, I have the same problem, i have a artifact in the middle of my unfocused beam and when i look at the diode itself on the glass there is an extremely tiny dot. I cant clean it off and its really annoying because its putting out 200mw but its acting like 100mw. I have a 6x bluray diode.

I couldnt tell you. Is there a way I could check? Edit: Heres the pics of the beam spread out, then without the lens entirely. When i do look at the diode there is a small dot on the glass, hmmm. Would it be safe to lightly touch it with a towel or something?

Its 200ma and has about 30 minutes at most. But i swapped it with a different aixiz lens and it did nothing
