Thanks! I would bump the price down but I am scared to ship it. I would have to disassemble it a little. There is no focus issue the projector focuses great. What I was basically trying to say was that as you move it farther away the image gets bigger obviously.

Yes that's fine. You can use whatever random wire you find really. I pulled some out of a HD-DVD player for mine.

Got my lens installed today. I'm just using Teflon tape and it works great. I don't have a machine to measure the power increase so no idea on that. But by sticking my hand in front of it I can tell there is definitely more power. This is with a PHR-803T.

Ok I got mine working perfectly! I just took the switch out and then put it back in and I guess screwed it in tighter or something I'm not sure. But it works great! It's very thoughtful to include a color printout of the instructions even though people can still view the pictures in this thread...
