New glass lens for my 405nm laser

I myself do not think that sensitivity is a factor. One thing that i really appreciate about this site is that it is for the most part kept very clean. I am not opposed to swearing now and again or even telling a good joke, but the time and place is important.

    Just ordered one of these

When i purchased the item it was free shipping. It looks as though all of there items were free to ship. i was notified by e-mail within two hours that a shipping label was requested. It is also being shipped from the USA. I am assuming that them rating their lense as being 92% efficient may...

I put a post in the deals and discounts about this host and heatsink, both for under $5.00.For the heatsink i went to Ace hardware and bought an aluminum collar for making loops on the ends of small cable and milled it out to 12mm. I was also able to use a rockstar driver with a 7.5 volt photo...

    My blu-ray won't light a match!? PHR at 120mA!

At what distances are you trying to light the match and cut the tape? As for me when i finish a build in focus the dot to about a foot and then work my way up an additional six inches for each new test.

I have been moving right along with building my lasers with the tail cap push button switches but have a small host which requires a switch on the side. For components right now i am ready to build my next 6x blue\violet which includes a 6x diode, flexdrive and axis housing. The driver i took...

Anyone Tried this 405nm Glass lens?

I messed my last post up so here it is again. Running it at 203 ma but can not test the output. The trophies are from car shows. My biggest hobby is building classic muscle cars. Those were won with a 69 Firebird that i have and built.

Anyone Tried this 405nm Glass lens?

I just finished my blue 6x with the module and lense you are asking about and it works great. My laser can light a match in about 1 second. I havent had time to put it through a bunch of tests but i am happy so far. The module is made of aluminum and has some weight to it. Works good as a heat...

    Hightechdealz - Delivery issue

I have placed several orders with Wyatt and have never been dissapointed. It was the one time that i did stray away from him that i had a bad time. If there is going to be a problem with shipping he posts it on his site and updates it as he feels necessary. Hightech is only a side business for...

    Rockstar V's Lavadrive

I hope that i put this in the right section. So far i have used Rockstar drivers for all my projects and am very happy with them and will continue to use them. I have come across some pretty cool hosts but in some cases they only have capabilities for one battery such as a cr2 or 123. Since...

My host and heatsink for under $5.00

I am hoping to get my lathe up and running soon and would welcome your needs. What exactly do you need. For a l lot of my builds i went to a machine shop and had them make my heatsink. I got them in a day which was nice since patience is not my best friend. I have paid as much as $40.00 for one...

What i did was go to the site and searched fx-gl-037-44. there are three different styles and can be found by using all the same digits except for changing the last two digits to either 42 or 55. There is no site for the heatsink. I just went to Ace hardware in their nuts and bolts isle and...
