Tell me if im wrong, but wouldnt the proxies cache alot of their pages, so when u use a proxy, you're getting a cached version of DX from a while back? I havent been able to get onto DX here in New Zealand for about a week now either. It sucks!

If I put the capacitor in parallel with the battery before it goes into the lm317 would that still be effective and do an ok job of filtering any spikes?

Does anyone know, with the aixiz modules, does the $2.50 that gets added on the paypal page cover international shipping or just within the US? Because the shipping page on the aixiz site says international shipping is actually $3.50 not $2.50. Im confused :-?
