Ok. Thanks for the information! Also, I was considering building some high powered lasers (200-500mw) that uses thermoelectric cooling/heating to keep the module at optimum temperature... to help with output stability and allow for continuous use... Any thoughts on that?

Wow, nice. I actually probably will buy one of those. Last time I goggled that, the ones I saw were 2000+ :-/ That kind of turned me off. I checked with a local manufacturing company that had some laser equipment but their meter would only go to around 10mw, I think. Anyway, it was much less...
