well, its not the best but it was a try... i have found that a tripod is a must for the laser as it took forever to do this cause i couldnt hold the thing steady to save my life.. and maybe a tripod for the vid cam also casue as you will see the wife cant hold that steady for anything either.

if you want to show multiple pics in one post, i would suggest imageshack.us upload them there and copy the ips they provide for a direct link to the picture. not the thumbnails or any others but the ip on the very bottom of the list that says "direct link to image".  come here or whatever forum...

thats a good idea stevetexas, sounds like exactly what i need. I had thought of using a maglight clamp, but im sure this will work just as easy. earlier in the topic you posted.... just curious how its less stable? it seems like it would be a nice tight fit.

well, the wait is over. it arrived today! the wife is out getting batteries as i type. it says i can use an external power supply, maximum 4V 2.0A DC regulated, does anyone have any suggestions as to a specific make or brand to use? this thing is much bigger than i had expected, which i like...

i added the O.D. 6+ @532nm that they offer to the order just to save time. didnt want to get the laser before the goggles if i ordered them from somewehre else. i would imagine those goggles will be fine? and ruizphd, the laser, googles, insurance, and shipping came out to alittle over $1500.

Just got done ordering it, cant wait for it to show up.... now, some of you guys give me some good ideas on what i should do with it, lol.
