    Comeback!!!

    After blowing up my perfect preinstalled axis housing+ diode, :'( I salvaged a broken dvd player and found a small brass cylinder- 4 wires coming out of it, so I'll just put the whole thing in the housing instead of picking the diode out.     I just bought a Dorcy Junior From Stonetek, and the a preassembled diode+housing thing (Along with the heat sink, the 6 ohm resistor, etc) But after I finished it, (I used Kenon's tutorial on Metacafe) the final product was less powerful than a common household pointer.
