    Strange "ring" problem

    I recently bought an NewWish bd-5 5mw laser pointer, it was great for the first week or so and the i noticed this ring that appears around the dot. I cant take the cap off, it seems to be liek fused onto it, and i managed to get the cotton on a q-tip small enough to get in there with some windex...
