    Got it in about 2 weeks, with NO issues shipping to USA! Works fine, and it came in perfect condition. Mine is also labelled 20mw. However, I recently bought an L-B030 from them, and they seemed to be about equal in brightness, and beam. (This is subject to my vision - not any measured output.)...

    The wholesale portal sold me a L-B030 on October 9, and it was delivered today, in perfect condition. Cost about $12.00 more than some of the other places (DX) but it's in my hand right now, with NO hassles. I'll pay the extra few bucks to get it, gladly..... Kai will ship them out to US...
