    ideas needed for 50-100W medical laser

    hi all I have been battling leishmaniasis (skin eating microscopic parasites) now for 7 years and have tried the best drugs to no avail. Time to pull out the big gun (ie: laser). I just found out lasers have been used successfully against these infections. I´d like to make my own and show others...
