    Couple of electronics questions

    I have a gas laser PSU, its a melles griot 05-lpm-830-065, and it takes 12vdc at .7 to 1.2 amps. All i have are 2 6volt duracell blocks, and some 18.5v laptop bricks at 4.9 and 2.7 amps. Whats the best way to supply the laser psu with the 12v at a steady ~1 amp, using what i have?
