I need to ID this diode, it looks to be about 9mm across the main body, the flange at the back is about 11mm. Its a 808nm diode (well, it WAS one) and I'm looking to replace them in some DPSS greens that I use at work. Original spec of the module states that its a 1mW, looks a bit brighter...
