I want to here some people opinions on 9mm 1W 808nm laser diodes. Are they as good or better or worse at burning when compared to say a 1W 445nm laser? :beer:

I am currently working on a new laser host, that i'm going to sell as DIY kit's for phr-803t diodes, lpc 815/826 diodes, and 6x blu-ray diodes. Maybe in the future i could find Good drivers with 100% duty cycle that have very little heat output and will fit in the host and make 1-2W 445nm...
