I received my Panasonic battery and I put it in my laser and it won't work because it is too short. I compared it to my stock 18650 battery and the stock one is a little bit longer than the Panasonic one. What the hell do I do? I don't want to order another one.

This is a great laser. It lights matches, Burns anything black or even just a dark color, pops balloons, yada yada yada. It takes a 18650 battery. I will post night time beam pics late. I hope you like the pictures and I hope they worked :) No idea how to resize the pictures :( sorry
