    DVD Burner without any diode...

    Hello, yesterday i bought a DVD burner (it says writer, same thing right?) and i totaly disambled it, on the laser rail i coudent find any heatsink or diode totaly took it apart! i only have some screws a lot of plastic, some circuit bords and a lot of glass and lenses.
