you can easily click it on but it wont go off every time you click it click it on just great click it again it goes out just for a sec them it comes back on click it again and again same thing after a while of clicking it goes off is there any quick fixes for it?

Hello all Sorry if there is a recent board like this but i searched and couldnt find one from this year whats like the cheapest/cheepy laser that will light a match?

the "dot" is also not centered in the galaxy does it need cleaning or is it suppose to do that? if it does need cleaning how would I clean it? would i need to take the cap off? here is a photo of the galaxy (I no idea how to photograph lasers but i gave it my best shot) thank you for your help
