well my laser isnt working and i need some help since i didnt buy the laser thourgh nova lasers they wont service it (i got it at a cni group buy) they there not gonna help the problem is where you plug in the little jack in the back it feels like its not making a connection it goes all the way...

i bought a 400mw blu ray from him it was supose to be 400mw and have a bdr-203 diode in it i paid 400.00 for it and i got a 6x blu ray laser that died in less than 10 mins of proper use ....does anyone have his phone number so i can try to get my money back he doesnt anwser my emails
