    Scuba pointer

    As the forum search yields nothing.. Does anyone have experience with either pointers which are waterproof down to ~40-50 meters or with modding a scuba torch into a scuba pointer? Thanks!

    Adding an infra-red filter?

    I got a cheap green laser from DX to get a feel for the whole thing. As they have a warning that there is no IR filter in any of their lasers, I am wondering a) if that is needed.
