I found that the power not as strong as before, when I look into the diode I found it like blinking! then I shine it on a wall and move around I found it's actually pulsed!!!! I don't know what happened here, has anyone got this problem??? it supposed to put out 150mw but only around 70mw now...

So happy! Stings me even unfocused :D A whole new color to me, had it in my hand all the day. only problem is I can't make it to the right focus... I can only focus based on a very short distance, my eyes are simply not working for long distance focusing, I know there is a lot due to air scatter...
