got a laser from them. packaging was worn and torn before it arrived. it was never as powerful as claimed and it now stopped working. tried getting refund or to send it back but they not having it. stay away!

hi, so i have a lzsk 532nm 100mw. it never seemed very powerful and the other day it 'spluttered' and died. its still pretty new, ive tried to return it but they dont seem to be having any of it. anyway, im thinking about fixing/upgrading it. will this be easy with the host i have? is it even...

just thought i would post a little update. tried lighting several types of matches with this laser with the panasonic batterys in its not lighting any of them. really disappointed. going to email them and see what they say, although its been along time since i got it now so not expecting much.

its a ncr18650a supposedly, out of curiosity, where you recommend purchasing from. i see there is quite a few threads on this already but you seem to knowledgeable and respond fast lol.

going a bit off topic but got the panasonic today and it doesnt say 'panasonic' anywhere. should i complain to the seller? its light purple in colour tho

i got ultra fire brc 18650 4000mah. ive ordered an adapter for the charger now. however, the laser was still struggling with the bin bag when i had the cr123's in it. i know next to nothing with electrics, but because i was using to much voltage could that have some how reduced the power lol?

thanks for the info on the batterys! ive taken them out. will have to source a adaptor! bit of a disappointment about the power tho. :undecided:
