    100mW green laser not up to the mark ......

    hey guys , i just brought a green laser 100mW 532nm for about $32 in india i just wanted to know that is it IR or not , it cannot burn a wooden match even from a distance of about 4cms , pls help , so i just wanted to know that is it really 100mW or not (this is my first laser purchase) ...
