Nice! the Google spreadsheet is perfect.

kenom, you will take care of the shipping order then? Thanks!

    Power Meter Calibration and Comparison

Kenom, payment sent please check me off on the list. I know I brought this up already but, we are going to send this in an orderly fashion right? This will be much quicker rather then going from one coast and back again to the next person who might be within the state. So we need names plus...

I think you miss me, I want to play too!

    Power Meter Calibration and Comparison

I vote for the box and cord so we do not have to open it up or worry about what type of battery or if it is charged.

Sorry guy, long day at work but I'm in!

    Power Meter Calibration and Comparison

Perfect, two sets of data one for the thermal and one for optical. The more sampling of data we have the better the result just as long as we note the different types of meters.

    Power Meter Calibration and Comparison

This experiment has too many variable but we still need to set some guide lines to obtain the best possible outcome. I think one of the more important one is the type of meter to be include in the data sampling. If we use both type (thermal and optical) then the data should be kept independent...

    Power Meter Calibration and Comparison

I need some clarification, are we looking at both thermal-pile and optical meter type together or separately? Unless one has an optical meter calibrated specifically for that wave length it will just be a guest. I know people use a correction factor but how accurate is that factor? Also from...

    Power Meter Calibration and Comparison

OK, I want to play too. I have a Scientech 365 but I have a question about the testing duration time. I know for Scientech there is a time constant for measurement, for example 4 sec. with a 1" surface absorbing calorimeter and 5 to 6 sec. with a 1" volume absorbing calorimeter. I have a 2"...

    Would You Believe a 180mW Blu-Ray?

Just checking, you guys are measuring with a thermal LPM not optical right?

803T Diode "killing point?" and mW@high mA

"Is it safe to crank my 803t to 150mA?" It all depends on your comfort level. If you read the many threads people have and has gone as high as 180mW (daguin). I have a 177mA at 140mW that I built and used for over a month now. I have gone through 3 cycles of charges on the batteries and have...

    Scientech 362 LPM on eBay

Mike, This is a Ultra Absorbing head and power range is 0.1mW - 25W. I have a similar one that is rated at 0.1mW - 100W.

    803T seems to be bad

Check your pin connection. Here is a link to a picture; http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1209940381/180

GONE, GONE, GONE AND GONE!!!! :'( :'( :'( Sorry I have not answer all your PM and Email but I'm OUT. I can't beleived how fast 40 of these went and I do not know if I can get more. If I can order more I will post it again but for now thanks. For the two that are pending payment let me as soon...

    405 pen at 125mA

Gooey....It was the driver, made another one and the lm317 doen't get stinging hot right away. Mike....what is the top end on these 6X LD?

    405 pen at 125mA

Gooey....My second and last 6x. Just took this apart to double check the driver and for some rason the LM317T is heating up really fast. I think it is shorting out some where because my other ones does not get this hot. The good news is the 6X LD is still good.

    405 pen at 125mA

How much current are you runing and is this metere with or without a lens? I just finish another one at 164mA and ran it for about 30 seconds but it got warm really fast. It is in a Dorcy Metal Gear with heatsink. I do not have a power meter so I have no idea what it is at but I think I will run...

    405 pen at 125mA

I started by pulling out the electronic piece by piece with pliers. Then I took a stick put it in the battery end while griping it started to pound it on the floor until it pushes the cap off. This was not easy, it took me a while but it came out and there you have it a nice host with a painful...
