You might try looking in computer mice. The clicky buttons are microswitches that can handle a decent current. I have one that is 3A at 125, but its tiny. The only downside is the audible click when you activate it.

The anodising will be too expensive I think but I can look into it. What extras do you mean? Edit: I'm at work so I can't do too much at the moment, but some quick research leads me to believe I could probably clear anodise them myself.
