I wouldn't say he is messing with nichia pdf files something to know these pdf files are subjective to change at any time directly from nichia without previous notice... Although he did use the D variant representing the H variant which is wrong imo.

The next big green is in the automotive section i had mentioned it in removed just didn't make a post in LPF. NDG7N75 Green 518nm min 525nm avg 532nm max 1750mW 2000mA 4.4V TO-CAN Ø9.0mm Multi-mode LD

Life is like a box of chocolates?

I see 4 blocks so 32 diodes from picture if it has 8 blocks then 64 diodes. As most mentioned it looks to be nubm08 or around those nubm46, nubm42, can be a possibility. I wouldn't expect 44s or 47s out of here. But without a model number not exactly sure whats in there.

Some new design ideas w/TEC plates and High Speed fans…

I've already split the nubb28t into 2 halves cutting the high fV to about 20v (maybe a bit more if overcurrent) each side. The batteries will be in series will provide above 20v making it suitable to way more efficient buck drivers. Each driver can pull 4-5A getting it at max rating of the...

Some new design ideas w/TEC plates and High Speed fans…

Oh yeah I have that nubb28 heatsink prototype while splitting the array into 2 halves each one having their own driver. Would be a crazy move if he can figureout some good cooling solution for it. The power would be very little since i want to make it super compact and use x6 14500 7-10A rated...

Oh i was trying to show Alien what he woukd probably need to push over 40W into a diode and have a decent run time

@Alien Laser have a look here might get better ideas.

    QuaLas arrays (numb12 modules)

@Gryphon they are dual beam reds?

Very nice acquisition impressive for the package size.

    New Laser Build!!

+1 at 4A not even the NUBM0F can reach 8.3W with G2 lens IMO is rare to see a older diodes being more powerful than the newer generation, NUBM4F was the end of that.

    NUBM-47

    Newer revision is my guess

    NUBM0F build

I also got the Osram but the efficiency is greater on the Nubm0f they are both great diodes only but I have about Osram one is that you need a bigger heatsink for all the wasted heat that could've been optical power.

    NUBM0F build

Hmm you must be having a wrong source i obtained a new never soldered nubm0f bank

Careful with excessive heat you will either melt bondwires or the LD crystal will become detach from base both leading to low power or dead diode. I'll fetch the pictures of the heat curve used to solder/desolder them. Heatplate is your friend. And also careful when you eject them a hard drop...

    DTR G2 VS Other G2 ??

The best g2 lens I have used are the shorty g2 their power loss is incredible. These are the specifications although they might not be accurate.

    NUBM0F build

I wasn't joking when I told @loreadarkshade this is the most powerful blue single diode available to public.
