sorry its so long of a wait, we got smacked with snow and i couldn't drive anywhere really, im going to get envelopes now and package them all up and they will be shipped out monday

has anyone hacked the projector powersupply to thinking its actually "in" the projector still? and how does everyone power these LEDs and wire them, and one last question do the thermistor wires have to be hooked up, and if so to what?

anyone figure out how to get the power supply from the xj a140 projector to power on outside of the projector?

Is the red LED in the A140 a flat looking thing? if so how do you go about powering it? ive heard it is very bright and i want to mess around with it, or if someone wants it shoot me a PM cause others may have a better use

for putting the diodes in something non crushable, to save money, what do you guys think about putting the antistatic bags with the diodes into a chew can inside a regular envelope you can get for free at like a fedex place? there rather strong and dont crush even if you stand on them, just an...

im harvesting the useful parts out now, i have literally tons of lenses they all look useful for something, and i believe there are 2 dichros, not sure what color they reflect or pass through and mirrors. i will post picturs of all the stuff i have tomorrow or the next day and i will sell it all off

3 diodes down 21 to go! EDIT: all the diodes are officially harvested successfully using the no heat method, will be package up and shipped out hopefully tomorrow or the day after! the rest of the projector will be sold off if anyone has any requests!

better news than before, came home from school and the package was sitting in my room im going to take my time harvesting them so i make sure i dont destroy anyones long waited for diodes

good news guys! projector is now in phili, about 2 hours from my house, im hoping it will be here tomorrow when i get home from school and i can start harvesting them and hopefully finish by wednesday and get them out thursday or friday!
