It might, but I just bought one: -No IR filter -Button broke within 2 days of use It is a great laser though, beam rocks at night, and a little visible during daytime. Does not light a match by the way. It would probably pop a balloon with a lens.

Edit: I also forgot to mention that the person who called the police is an eye doctor.. just my luck. >:( So I was playing around with my 30mW green, and apparently, I shined the laser "near" someone, and they said it got into their eye(It was on the ground near them, I was like 200 ft away...

DX does have good quality lasers I dont know what you're talking about.

What happened to my button? It doesnt have a "push" feeling anymore. Just tapping it activates the laser now. I do not see a visible way to open the laser, and its a 30mw true green btw. How do I fix this safely?!

I would get the True 30mW from DX because even though the button got a little wiggly, it seemed to fix itself. and the IR shouldnt be a problem because its only 30mW anyways

EDIT: Been "playing" with my laser for all day basically, and now I have to apply a lot more pressure to my button for the laser to work. Is their a safe way to fix this without screwing up my laser or am I doing something wrong? Did this happen for anyone else on any lasers? And what is the...

What 35mW laser? A red or green? Just spend an extra $20 and buy a 200mW red laser from DealExtreme.

Or you could try and convince them that you are a college teacher and going to camp in Houston while pointing at the stars teachin students. Ehh.. or just ship it to a UPS store near where your gonna go.
