I think it depend on how they do the testing... I think if they use the battery @ 0.1A per hour until the battery is totally depleted, you might actually get 4000mAh (of course the battery will die), but when you are using 1A per hour, the Voltage will naturally drop then it will have something...

By the way, if I remember correctly UV is more powerful than IR, IR is just heat... so does that mean purple laser is more powerful compare to red? :thinking: As it has shorter wavelength ? I mean powerful as in burning for examples paper and plastics

Actually I have been wondering, what are the Speed of Laser Particles? seems like a question that is not easy to answer? I mean is it possible for the light of laser actually go faster than the speed of light? I did do some search on this Forum, and something like Quantum Physic comes up...
