Like the title says. How do I extract diodes from the laser array ? This video shows it's easy to take out the array itself : YouTube - XJ-A140 445nm Laser Array Is it difficult to get the diodes out from the heatsink ? Are they glued in ? They must surely be soldered in.

Whats the total with shipping/PP fees for 1 x 140 diode to Canada ?

Wow, they really need to fix the mixup. On another note, I got mine from Jayrob. It's great ! Didn't reflect blue, clean dot ! Burning power went up from acrylic.

Well it's simple really. Ill keep it short (on iphone). Get a diode. Find out +/-/case pins. Get a driver. Like flexdrive. Put diode into aixiz module. Solder diode to driver. Put module into heatsink. Put hs into host. Find a way to make battery connections to driver (like case negative)...
